This notice describes the current, pre-launch handling of information submitted through the Vonka website. It is intentionally limited to the website as it exists today and is not a final privacy policy.

The waitlist form asks for an email address. The contact form may ask for a name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message. Please only send information that is relevant to your enquiry.

Submitted form details are sent by email to the Vonka team so the team can respond to enquiries or share requested pre-launch updates. The website does not create a customer account and does not currently use a customer database for these submissions.

Email messages may remain within the configured delivery and recipient email systems while the team handles the enquiry. Retention periods, access controls and the final process for privacy requests must be confirmed before launch.

Depending on the live configuration, a third-party email delivery provider may process form details in order to send the message. That provider processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, maps and Linktree take you to third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, and Vonka does not control their content or data handling.

The site does not enable analytics by default. If analytics is explicitly enabled in the future, Vonka should update this notice before launch to explain the provider, information collected and available choices.

You can use the contact form to ask about a message you have already sent. The business should confirm its formal process for privacy requests as part of the final legal review.
